At Oakview, we are very fortunate to have a brilliant team of Staff all working together to ensure Children in our care receive the highest standard of care and education.
All members of are team are extremely friendly, driven and motivated and are committed to undertaking training in all aspects of the Early Years Sector including in Child Protection, First Aid, Food Safety, Manual Handling and Child Development. Our wonderful team also engages in regular training around Early Years Curriculum Development and often engage in Continuing Professional Development.
Each Care Room operates a Key Worker System for Children. This allows routine, comfort and a sense of security for the Children. Rooms are supported on a daily basis by a highly experienced Creche Manager. The Creche Manager has regular support from a head Management Team consisting of a Quality and Compliance Manager, Operations Manager and Accounts & Finance Manager.
This structure enables us to provide support, supervision, and guidance which allows us to maintain the brilliant team that we have working at Oakview.
